Operating out of two facilities — our New Castle, Delaware headquarters and our Baltimore, Maryland warehouse — we receive, inspect, tag, and store your furniture in secure environments. When you're ready for delivery and installation, we stage and deliver on your schedule — with full visibility into what you have and where it is.

Our Delaware headquarters serves as the primary coordination hub for storage and inventory operations across the region. Incoming shipments, project staging, and client coordination are managed from this location.

Our Baltimore warehouse provides expanded storage capacity for large-scale projects and phased deployments throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the greater D.C. metro area. Furniture is received, tagged, and staged here for efficient regional delivery.

We receive furniture shipments at either facility, inspect each piece for damage, and document condition before storage — so you know exactly what arrived and in what shape.
Asset Tagging & Cataloging
Every item is tagged and cataloged in our inventory system with manufacturer, model, quantity, and condition. You always know what you have.
Secure Warehouse Storage
Furniture is stored at our Delaware or Baltimore facility, organized by project and phase for efficient retrieval. We handle everything from single items to full floor inventories.
Staged Delivery & Installation
When your space is ready, we pull from inventory, stage the delivery, and install on your schedule — whether that's one phase at a time or a full deployment.
Surplus Furniture Management
We can hold surplus furniture from reconfigurations or decommissions, catalog it for reuse, and coordinate redistribution or disposal as needed.
Inventory Reporting
We provide clear inventory reports so your project team always has an accurate picture of what's in storage, what's been delivered, and what remains.
